By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order through Solara Sciences, LLC (“Solara”), you acknowledge and agree that you are a licensed medical professional or authorized business entity purchasing products solely within the scope of your professional activities and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

  1. Platform Role and Limitations

Solara Sciences, LLC is an independent reseller and provider purchasing platform serving licensed professionals and authorized business entities.

Solara Sciences is not a pharmacy, manufacturer, compounding facility, outsourcing facility, medical provider, or healthcare practitioner. Solara does not manufacture, compound, formulate, test, relabel, repackage, dispense, prescribe, administer, recommend, or direct the use of any product sold through this platform.

All products are fulfilled and shipped by independent third-party suppliers, manufacturers, or pharmacies operating under their own licenses, registrations, and regulatory authority where applicable.

  1. Supplier Network Disclosure

Products available through Solara Sciences may originate from a network of independent third-party suppliers, including professional-use manufacturers, research material suppliers, and licensed pharmacies operating under applicable federal and state law.

Current supplier relationships may include, but are not limited to:

  • Alpha Biomed products designated for Professional Use Only
  • Centre Labs products designated for Professional Use Only
  • Licensed 503A and/or 503B pharmacy fulfillment partners where applicable

Supplier participation, product availability, formulations, packaging, and product classifications may change without notice based on regulatory developments, inventory availability, manufacturing capacity, or supplier discretion.

Solara Sciences does not control or direct the manufacturing, compounding, formulation, labeling, testing, packaging, regulatory classification, or intended use designation of products supplied by third parties.

  1. Provider Responsibility and Independent Judgment

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for:

  • Determining whether any product is appropriate, lawful, or permissible for your intended professional purpose
  • Reviewing and understanding all supplier labeling, disclosures, warnings, and restrictions prior to purchase or use
  • Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and professional standards
  • Proper storage, handling, transport, research, testing, dispensing, administration, and/or use of any product obtained through this platform
  • Obtaining informed consent where applicable
  • Determining whether a product may lawfully be possessed, used, researched, administered, or distributed within your jurisdiction

You further acknowledge that Solara Sciences does not provide medical advice, treatment recommendations, dosing guidance, prescribing direction, or clinical supervision.

You assume full responsibility and liability for all purchasing decisions and for any downstream possession, handling, transfer, administration, research, use, misuse, or distribution of products obtained through Solara Sciences.

You agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Solara Sciences, LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to products purchased through this platform.

  1. Product Classification and Intended Use Disclosure

4A. Pharmacy Fulfilled Products

Certain products available through this platform may be fulfilled by licensed pharmacies operating under Section 503A or Section 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act where applicable.

Such products are subject to the labeling, regulatory oversight, and dispensing requirements applicable to the supplying pharmacy. Providers are solely responsible for reviewing all applicable pharmacy documentation, prescribing requirements, and usage restrictions prior to use.

Solara Sciences does not practice pharmacy, prescribe medications, provide patient-specific medical guidance, or direct the clinical use of pharmacy-dispensed products.

4B. Professional Use Only / Research Use Only Products

Products labeled by the supplier as “Professional Use Only,” “Research Use Only,” “Laboratory Use Only,” or “Not For Human Consumption” are not intended for human consumption, patient administration, therapeutic application, injection, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or medical condition unless expressly stated otherwise by the supplying entity under applicable law.

Such products are not FDA-approved drugs, are not compounded prescription medications unless expressly identified as such by the supplying pharmacy, and are supplied solely for lawful professional, laboratory, analytical, educational, or research-related purposes.

By purchasing such products, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing such materials solely for lawful professional, laboratory, analytical, educational, or research-related purposes
  • You will not use or knowingly distribute such products for unlawful human use or in violation of applicable law
  • You are independently responsible for determining permissible use within your jurisdiction
  • Solara Sciences does not promote, recommend, or instruct the administration or use of any non-pharmacy Professional Use Only or Research Use Only product in humans

Any educational materials, product descriptions, informational content, or general reference materials provided by Solara Sciences are provided solely for general informational purposes and do not constitute medical advice, clinical instruction, prescribing guidance, or regulatory advice.

  1. Regulatory Compliance and Verification

You certify that all purchases are made within the scope of your professional activities and in accordance with applicable law.

Solara Sciences reserves the right to request and verify:

  • Professional licensure
  • Business credentials
  • Tax exemption or resale documentation
  • DEA registration where applicable
  • Any additional documentation reasonably necessary for compliance purposes

Solara Sciences reserves the right to refuse, restrict, cancel, or limit sales at its sole discretion.

  1. No Warranties

All products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, regulatory status, clinical suitability, or non-infringement.

Solara Sciences makes no representations or warranties regarding:

  • safety,
  • efficacy,
  • legality,
  • regulatory classification,
  • availability,
  • sterility,
  • fitness for human use,
  • or clinical outcomes associated with any product.

By accessing this website, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
